This contract is subject to the following conditions:
All mares
must have a negative coggins within six months of
arrival. C & R Farm reserves the
right to culture any mare at the expense of the owner. C & R Farm further reserves the right to
reject any mare deemed physically unfit for breeding.
Stud fees
are due in full when foal stands and nurses unless prepaid in terms above. If the mare is barren, a veterinary certificate should be sent in lieu of the stud fee. If the mare does not produce a live foal that
can stand and nurse, then the stud fee will be refunded in full, provided a
satisfactory veterinary certificate is furnished within ten days of loss.
Bills are
due and payable monthly with a 1-1/2 % monthly service charge added to the
balance over 30 days. Board bills must
be paid in full before any horse leaves the farm.
This
contract shall not be assigned or transferred and, in the event the mare is
sold, the stud fee shall immediately become due and payable and no refunds will
be paid.
Neither C
&R Farm nor its members, agents, or employees shall be liable for any
injury or disability suffered by any horse, from any cause whatsoever, while in
the custody of C & R Farm.
24 HOUR NOTICE MUST BE GIVEN BEFORE
THE ARRIVAL OR DEPARTURE OF ANY MARE.
